"To The Morning" is a painting I completed today so thought I should blog it. Little history on the painting. Last summer when we were at Ft Myers Beach I ran across a gentleman playing his guitar early one morning walking along the beach. I asked him if I could take his photo and he said yes. I pulled the photo out the other day and started thinking it would make a great piece for a painting with a old Dan Fogleberg song. I used the sheet music and lyrics thus the title "To the Morning."
